Dr Kate Brennan graduated Medical School in 2010 from Flinders University, Australia. She completed her family medicine Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP). Prior to medicine Dr Brennan was a Dietitian, attaining her undergraduate degree, with first class honours in Nutrition, from the University of Sydney in 2004. She has a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health from Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia. She is a member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She enjoys working with her community in all aspects of care and is a dedicated primary health care specialist. Her special interests include paediatrics, reproductive medicine, sexual health, pregnancy care & recovery, lifestyle medicine (including obesity management), and menopause. Dr. Kate Brennan has more than 10 years experience inserting contraceptive implants in Australia, including an equivalent product to Nexplanon.
